Mental Health Workshop
Mental Health Workshop
The Jed Child Trust Foundation's introduction of the mental health workshop seeks to first empower the children with knowledge about mental health, its importance, and strategies to take charge of their mental health in the present and future. The Jed Child Trust Foundation aims to raise awareness of mental health in African children and adolescents, as well as its potential incidence and influence on all aspects of a child's life, including education. It also aims to educate parents/guardians and families about their responsibilities in ensuring that their children are mentally healthy. With the children in mind, the curriculum is designed so that it does not conflict with the school's academic calendar. Let's work together to make the world a better place!

“The foundation of every successful wellbeing program is robust measurement. It would ensure that the program's aims and objectives would be met appropriately. A questionnaire designed to give a full assessment of your newly gained or added knowledge about mental health, as well as how to effectively utilize what you currently known to improve the lives of children and youth, would be distributed. With this questionnaire, we can uncover the real needs of the youngsters and provide targeted support where it will have the biggest impact. We would also make sure to answer every question you might have about mental health.
