Through campaigns, outreaches, sponsorship of students, and engagements in positive educational policy influence, Jed Child Trust aims at extending qualitative and equal educational opportunities to rural areas especially where formal education is a major challenge. Jed has come a long way, and as part of the programmes for its official launching, this essay competition is organized for students of tertiary and secondary schools in Nigeria.

The Femme Lex cohort, a fully funded virtual, eight weeks mentorship program, is designed to bridge these gaps in the educational system. The mentorship program gives its participants exclusive access to legal mentors and business mentors. The Jed club operates through rallies and campaigns against suicide and helps students to find emotional and mental healing. Once every 6 months members of Jed clubs receive a professional psychologist and counselor that provide a free counseling session for all members of the club and those who need healing emotionally.....

The mental health workshop courtesy of the Jed Child Trust Foundation is a two weeks virtual program set aside to fight and develop the mental health of youths. It aids the facilitation of a good psychological environment within the youths.
This program is set to equip the youths on how to handle mental stress, create awareness about the need to be conscious of how delicate our minds can be, and the possible effect of negligence on it among many others.....
Jed Teachers' Workshop
The Jed Teachers Workshop is an initiative aimed at developing the knowledge and competences of Head teachers/teachers on pedagogical skills in rural areas of Nigeria, through training about techniques and methods of proper record keeping and strengthen the capacity of teachers on the techniques of guidance and counselling. This program is development hand by hand with the Jed Unequal Sensation program. The frequency of this program is monthly.....
